すべてのレビューを表示This was a good full body workout. The instructor was helpful and encouraging, giving good cues and playing fun (loud) music. I liked that it was a full body strength class mixed with with barre movements. Like we used weights and bands. The workout was a lot of core work and glutes. Both of which kicked my butt. The studio is very cute. There’s plenty of free parking.

すべてのレビューを表示It was a great core workout. Heather is a nice and encouraging instructor who makes everyone feel welcome in the studio. The studio is easy to find and features large open windows. I liked that the workout was a full body workout and a mix of barre and Pilates, focusing on core strength. I’d recommend this studio and class.
