Either her Vinyasa class kicks my butt in the best way or slow flow gives the best deep stretches. She’s also so passionate about the practice of yoga and it shows through everything she does! She pushes us to be better each class and her playlists are always such a vibe. Come hydrated and be ready to feel on top of the world after a class with Rebekah!

And there were many modifications if you needed them! I felt great after class and comfortable throughout! Will be going back!

すべてのレビューを表示Coach Joe does an awesome job of explaining the exercises while still keeping the class moving at quite a brisk pace. The workout was tough.- just what I wanted! The entire facility is clean and beautiful. Staff and other participants are friendly . I will be back!

すべてのレビューを表示It was a good workout. A lot of high energy dancing with upper body and core moves added in. It was a very loud class. My Apple Watch kept vibrating telling me I was in a too loud environment. I hope the ringing in my ears will pass soon. I think I’ll stick to the barre classes until I get more dance experience. I’m a beginner still learning. The studio has plenty of parking and is a cute space. The instructor is very friendly, full of energy and welcoming to all.

すべてのレビューを表示This was my favorite new class! The atmosphere was so positive, caring, and nurturing. It was clear that many participants were regulars who had become like family. The instructor did a fantastic job keeping the whole event lively and inclusive. She created a unique, safe space that encouraged many of us to break out of our shells and enjoy ourselves while getting a great workout. My abs felt burned from the effort, and I wasn't even emulating the dance moves right, so I knew that even the more experienced classmates were feeling the burn.

すべてのレビューを表示This class is such a great deal when you can find it on Classpass. The instructor led us through a nice routine, and the savasana at the end was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. (I think someone actually did). The studio and views are so lovely, it's nice to take the tea at the end and relax outside with it. Wholly recommend!
