It’s a full body workout at a fast pace but the moves are done slowly. The studio was easy to find with free parking and was welcoming.

Like others have said, it's difficult to see the instructors with where they are placed in the space and if someone doesn't know the names of the exercises/what they mean, it can be difficult to follow along with the loud music and instruction of each movement given briefly. I would go back.

It was my first time in and I was greeted by the friendly woman at the front desk who helped pump me up for class and I immediately felt welcomed at this studio. Lauren was the instructor and had so much energy and made the class a lot of fun. I started on the floor and got a great arm and core workout and Lauren gave great form cues and modifications. Half way through we switched sides and I went to do the treadmill part of the class…Speaking of the treadmills, shred has the woodways that are life changing! I got such a great workout in and cannot wait to come back. It is clear that this is a studio that cares about their participants, makes sure everyone feels welcome regardless of fitness level & the vibe is just right! The place was also clean and organized which was refreshing compared to many other gyms I’ve been to! Lauren was a great instructor and had a killer playlist! Looking forward to my next shred session!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my favorite new class! The atmosphere was so positive, caring, and nurturing. It was clear that many participants were regulars who had become like family. The instructor did a fantastic job keeping the whole event lively and inclusive. She created a unique, safe space that encouraged many of us to break out of our shells and enjoy ourselves while getting a great workout. My abs felt burned from the effort, and I wasn't even emulating the dance moves right, so I knew that even the more experienced classmates were feeling the burn.
