As a former dancer, Avana’s class allowed me to have fun with dance and challenge me in fitness. Easy to follow- great for beginners. No joke - everything and more in a dance/cardio class.

すべてのレビューを表示I LOVE laura’s sculpt classes! She always has an amazing plan and I love the way she incorporates supersets in the class. I also appreciate that the studio provides towels at no charge because it will get you super sweaty!!!
