    This was my first time here and definitely a surprising class. I didn’t know it would be heated, so that made the class intense. Definitely worked up a major sweat. Class is fast paced, but I took breaks when I needed them. Good class.

    I’m writing this the day after my first workout. My body hurts…in a good way! Jennifer was great! The class is motivating. You high five other classmates throughout the workout. The class is amazing for keeping your heart rate up. When I thought I couldn’t do it anymore everyone helps you to keep moving.

    The instructor was AMAZING! Super helpful for my first time ever trying a spin class & once we got going his encouragements were very motivating. I felt challenged but not pressured, so I pushed myself harder than I probably would have without him. The class was high energy, fun, and I will definitely be feeling it the rest of the day & tomorrow. Highly encourage anyone interested to try them out!
