My body was thirsty for this type of exercise. And I might mention that Maha Rose is one of the most beautiful, enchanting studios I’ve ever visited.

It was my first time doing this and I went from feeling nervous to feeling like a pro! The staff was so nice and made me feel like I was at home. I highly recommend checking this place out!
