すべてのレビューを表示I will say that this class can be a little tough for ultra beginners but if you’re someone who likes to push yourself I’d absolutely recommend this class! The teacher was lovely and I was able to challenge myself, but I never felt pressured to hold a pose or something if I needed rest. Great teacher, relaxed vibe - all you could ask for in a gentle vinyasa class!!

They have small bottles of water, which was really nice because I left my water bottle in my car and didn’t have time to get it. It was also such a good workout — not too sweaty but intense — I know I’m going to be so sore tomorrow. I’m only in town for a week, but I will definitely be booking another class before I leave!

My arms were sore but being there makes you feel motivated to push yourself in such a great way which is what I needed. I took this class last minute and I plan to continue taking classes here :)

The group workouts are always amazing and always left me just the right amount of sore. They really help you make sure your form is the best it can be and push you to challenge yourself! They also will modify the workouts for you if there are any injuries or if the exercise is just a little over your ability. I felt extremely comfortable and welcomed into this gym!! 💛💛💛
