She is so knowledgeable, has the best laser equipment and was so sweet and informative! Didn’t hardly hurt at all. I loved it! I’m scheduled for my second session in 6 weeks. Can’t wait to see my results when I’m done!! Highly recommend!!

The instructor was amazing and as this was my first experience using a reformer, it was such a happy and fascinating experience as she helped me navigate the adjustment of the reformer for my stature, and ensure that I was aligned in the appropriate form. I truly enjoyed this workout and can’t believe how fun it was and how good I felt during the workout!
