Much better than just learn the dance for the class and be done with it, she helps you perfect damce twchniques that can be use in other classes too!

I enjoyed practicing with actually music and beats and I certainly left with a deeper appreciation of the art. Also, it is a very safe space for all body types and fitness levels to try. I am inspired by how Melody takes the art seriously and has the passion to pass it on.
