すべてのレビューを表示First class with Emily and she’s amazing!!! Loved her energy, music, and cues. The pace and diversity of the moves were also fun because there were several new ones that I’ve never seen before. You can tell how much thought she put into prepping, and it makes for a great class!!

すべてのレビューを表示This felt amazing! I have been getting more into yoga recently for helping my mobility in my hips. I felt great after and it definitely made me feel better. The rooftop felt like hot yoga and it was a great low impact workout.
