This is nothing against the studio, but let’s chat about being a yoga student. If you’re in class and you answer your phone in front of 14 fellow yogis who are coming in to free up some mental space and get a nice little yoga high, reconsider coming. There was a woman who took a call and then proceeded to text all class. It puts the teacher in an awkward space and takes away from everyone’s focus on being present. Come to practice, not just to say you got a workout in.
