すべてのレビューを表示This is by far my favorite class and my favorite studio so far in my ClassPass journey. I have been to couple different “hot” class but this class was actually hot !!! room was heated to about 95°. It was very well choreographed ! very easy to keep up at all levels. She’s also a very good motivational speaker to keep you going. I like that they have a bar of class times , they offer class before work or during Friday afternoon. They also have ice bath plunge , a sauna and a shower so you’re able to change after your work out. They have free towel service. I happen to be running late today and I was still able to get into my class after five minutes, which I was very appreciative and it didn’t make it, a big disruption.

すべてのレビューを表示I really love this studio but I think they really need to put marks down for how spaced out the mats need to be. Even if you get to the studio 5 minutes early you’re going to be forced to ask people to move to make room for your mat which is just not a great experience and is something that could be avoided.
