    For bench workouts, please show each exercise twice. This will help new people and those who have trouble remembering. It gets hard to remember all the exercises as more are added. When the room is dark, following others is tough because they might be looking around too. Also, people with astigmatism may have trouble seeing clearly. The workouts are still fun though! 👍

    Sometimes I get too tired or lazy and I think about cancelling the class the day before but each time after class, I'm always always always so glad that I didn't.. because Darren's class ALWAYS ROCKS! His energy is infectious. His playlist so~ thoughtfully curated that it's always awesome beyond words. His moves are superb. He is warm, genuine, funny and he gives little nuggets of life advice. Yes, his choreo can be fast and a little complicated but he is setting the standard of how an absolutely awesome spin class should be. And if you're a beginner don't be afraid, just join Darren's class. He's super nice to beginners and he always give options. And the R10T spin studio has the most beautiful lights and special effects.. I'm telling you it's such a bonus treat. Staff are friendly too. What's not to love? ❤️

    Fizz is a hilarious, encouraging and wonderful instructor! take note that the class isn’t like your typical yoga session (no savasana, no flow sequence) but really a class to help you learn how to do handstands with some quick drills. be prepared to interact with other students, they will help spot you and you’ll have a great time learning together.     Reformers are well spaced out. Wall and floor length mirrors as expected for a pilates studio. Instructor cues well and there's good progression of movement pieces, which can be challenging at the end. This class is not for newbies (better and safer to do private sessions) due to technicality and intensity of the workout. Need a certain level of physical conditioning and strength to be able to get through the whole session.

    Clear instructions and great workout omg my legs were trembling midway (Had to hold onto the mirror HAHHA and inadvertently left my fingerprints there LOL) 👹😡🔥🔥🔥 and omg Hu knew counting to 100 could be so LONG OMG HAHAHHA but great workout I like that we covered arms abs and legs.     The instructor had great energy and was loud and clear in her instructions (though it may be a bit fast for beginners). One thing I liked was that with each movement she will tell us whether to inhale & exhale — great for people like me who unconsciously hold my breath or breathe inconsistently when I'm going through the series of movements.     This class made me sweat the most out of all the classes I’ve attended. A little expensive (amount of credits required) as compared to usual. Instructor was nice and loud enough while conducting the class but went slightly softer towards the end of the class (some instructors are really soft throughout so she’s good) She also demo-ed the moves herself and fix our posture whenever needed, which is much appreciated!

    Great class and the heat was good, really sweated a lot! Erin’s instructions were clear and I enjoyed the variation in sequences too :) Only thing is that some of the students in the class are of a much higher level so they move on to advanced poses without much prompting (and it can be slightly intimidating if they happen to be your mat neighbours).
