I also love the flexibility of being able to start at weird times, since they welcome a new group every ten minutes. Also you use fun equipment you wouldn’t have access to at home or a normal gym. The 40 mins flew by.

This was my first time doing bootcamp and I do a lot of Barry’s so I thought this would be a breeze, but let me tell you this class is way harder due to the four minute format—Especially if you push yourself!

すべてのレビューを表示This was a phenomenal experience. I have never taken a boxing class before or been to a boxing gym. the staff was so friendly and welcoming every step of the way, and it was as much a mental encouragement as it was a physical workout. I loved every minute of it.

Definitely a bit overwhelmed (and should have had the coffee before a 6 am class) but Lee and others were very welcoming and patient. I’m used to mostly bag work in boxing classes so this was a refreshing change. Positive vibes and tough love. Check it out.

Felt somewhat excluded since the instructor was mostly talking to the regulars (she was nice to me tho). But a good workout. Wish I knew this was more of an intermediate class and not really open level
