    I love Sahana! Her classes are amazing and she’s very encouraging and explains everything so well. I love how intentional she is. My only feedback is to be mindful of class timing. Her classes usually run over time, sometimes 10 to 15 mins. On the weekends I don’t mind, however, when it’s an early morning or lunch class it makes it tight to get back to work. Other than that 10/10! Go check her out!

    Open Gym

    I had a good swim here and then lifted weights. It’s nice they offer Open Gym time as other YMCA’s don’t. Only downside is having to pay for parking.
