すべてのレビューを表示This class is great for all skill levels! My only complaints are that the lights are blinding if you’re sitting under them and I wish they would turn the heat down or prop the door a tad during the cool down. The heat is great during the class but it’s really hard to cool down

Meera was very professional, kind and welcoming. She was encouraging throughout. The facility was clean and aesthetically appealing too. I love the community here!

Aditi was very accommodating since I was a beginner and always gave options to make the movements easier or even harder. The movements and sequences she had us do were also a good workout! Nothing strenuous but definitely felt the muscles in my body being used and even pushed a little.

すべてのレビューを表示This class was just what I needed, great restorative class! I will say, with it being my first time ever at this studio, I was VERY confused at where to go. From the street, it just looks like a big empty room, and there’s no sign on the door saying where to enter or anything. Thank goodness another person showed up and I followed her. You have to take your shoes off downstairs and then walk upstairs to the studio, but again, I had no idea with it being my first time. The teacher was great, and the class was great though!

すべてのレビューを表示Ciera was one of the most thoughtful, well-versed instructors I have had at any studio in the Tri-State area for some time. She was thoughtful and grounding in her introduction and closing and did a phenomenal job of modeling, instructing and providing alternatives for all levels. The vinyasa flows were challenging yet appropriate. Music was supportive to the practice. Just a phenomenal experience overall. Highly recommend and look forward to more of her classes!
