    Rachael is an absolute dynamo! She not only is a fantastic instructor, but also quite the “hype man!” She not only connects with each student, but creates a fun, challenging and supportive environment to achieve your goals! It is not often that instructors are able to not only command a room, but help people achieve at all levels. I love her friendly and supportive spirit, and look forward to another class with her very soon!

    Pilates Equipment - Sculpt with Props

    Brandon is fantastic! I love how he challenges and corrects technique. He corrected a huge alignment thing with my feet that nobody else ever mentioned and it drastically changed my workout and will hopefully improve my posture and entire body alignment. It’s not a fast-paced class, but you really feel the burn.
