Japanese Head spa is not the one with the fountain shower for the head. It's mostly arm and head massages which were hard and so good. I don't like it when staff chit chat loudly what more if they are video calling on their phone most of the time, don't come here if you're not okay with that. For the products used (shampoo, foam wash, serum and spray), as per them, these are all organic.

I had difficulty finding the actual soa bec there was no signage. The door to the spa itself is not even branded. It was in a very inconspicuous spot, it felt like i could disappear and no one wil find me. The service and facilities though are superb. Dosposable underwear, fresh towels, robe, nice shower amenities.The ginger tea is a nice touch too. Overall , i will be back !

Staff was very nice and the atmosphere was great, very beautiful and calming environment. Very clean as well and huge selection of colours for nails. I did the magnet foot massage, I would not go back for that one as it was basically just scraping the same 2 spots in each foot for the whole time, not very relaxing, but I will go back to try other treatments. Please note I was offered free items for 5 star review, so this will impact the review score.
