すべてのレビューを表示This is my go-to Power Stretch class, and it really lives up to its name! You’ll definitely get a good stretch here. Teacher Jenny is so encouraging and hands-on throughout the class. She really takes the time to go around and assist each student, so you know you’re doing the stretches properly. Honestly, you start getting nervous when you see her coming your way😆 but it’s always worth it because her guidance really helps you improve your stretches. Definitely one of my favorite classes! Lalabas kang may abs charr😂😂

The session was supposed to be an hour, but Coach Ryan took extra time to adjust the warm-up when he found out I had rotator cuff and ankle injuries. In total, the one-on-one session lasted around 1.5 hours. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really appreciated the extra care and attention. Honestly, the class felt like it was worth more than the credits it cost on ClassPass.
