I've unloaded a lot of anxieties and anticipatory grief in Yang Dojo and on Teacher Aesha (I'm so sorry) while doing our Asanas. Please do a cleanse because you don't know how much people like me look forward to coming to Yang Dojo not just for the practice but to address our overall wellbeing. Thank you universe for sharing this sacred space with us.

She made sure everyone was doing well and consistently checked our form, which made me feel much more confident. The staff were also welcoming and friendly, especially the front desk, who made the whole experience even better from the moment I walked in. It was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

The equipment is top-tier and I was extremely satisfied with my workout overall. One thing to note is that parking is quite limited, both underground and at the front, so I would advise arriving 30 minutes early to secure a spot.
