what an excellent class ! 💯 I was a bit intimidated to get in, considering one student told me the " instructor will step on you " I was like what 🫨😳.. but considering I am no novice to yoga and have been practicing from more than a decade already, am pretty flexible myself.. I knew I could take it 💪🏻.. and it was intense, tough, people screamed in class, all true.. but for me, it was worth it ! I believe pain brings progress.. but also important to know how much is too much. abi knew that , and so, I know I have progressed 😇

As a complete beginner with very tight hips, I was nervous about joining this class, but Naomi made it completely accessible. She provided expert guidance and tailored modifications that allowed me to safely explore deep stretches and open up at my own pace. An incredible session for all levels.

Relaxing sound bath and stretches, almost fell asleep. The yoga studio is small but nice on the 39F, but it was hot during class. Wishing it was cooler.

Enjoyed the class! The venue is spaciois with good lighting and well equipped. Coach kyle is nice, we do rotation of 15 workouts. and he's considerate to suggest alternatives for newbies!
