    I recently joined pilates a few weeks ago, and I'm really enjoying it! The classes are suitable for all levels, as the intensity of workouts can be adjusted according to your physical level. Kevin is incredibly attentive and engaged, providing encouragement to all participants. The workout program is displayed on a TV, while Kevin walks around the studio to correct form and demonstrate the right movements. The studio itself is bright, has a beautiful view, and is kept very clean, with all equipment sanitized after each session. I highly recommend this class

    Wow I loved this class! I liked Kevin’s technique: a focus on breath work with small movements with strong impact, choreography that gradually increases difficulty, while giving you options if you’d like to do more or less. It was my first time to use a Balanced Body machine which is like a typical reformer machine except it’s on the ground so it feels more stable and I got deeper stretches. It was also my first trime to try Infrared heat during pilates which is similar to Bikram yoga in a hot room so I definitely sweated it out more and my muscles felt warmer. Facilities are okay, they lend workout towels and there are showers. Met the studio owner who I recognized from YouTube workout videos from the pandemic, they really are passionate about fitness and it was great to finally try their gym. Would love to come back and try the other classes!

    Rachel was very welcoming, she can do bilingual class, and she explained well how to do challenging poses such as bakasana (the crow) or the very nice flow finishing with wheel pose. It is a nice challenging class with still gentle flow, and let you have time to practice the arm balance at your pace. I highly recommend this class and Rachel ! The studio has nice plants on the balcony, a nice breeze enters, it felt very soothing !

    One of the most luxe gyms in Manila and the health club staff were amazing. Huge workout area, great equipment, and mostly empty on weekdays. They said you can join group classes if there’s one happening when you book. Pool access was also fun though we didn’t experience the free bevvies nor snacks that others mentioned in the reviews. Favorite would have to be the combo of sauna and steam room plus jacuzzi and cold plunge. Would love to go back. Thank you

    Leah was super nice. As soon as I arrived she too time to introduce me the class concept. I enjoyed it so much that when the class was done I was like oh already ?! The room is big and the changing room is super convenient with sphere. I forgot the name of the other teacher but he was super nice too! I will come back for sure to try their other class. 😊
