The massage was a little bit painful but did feel good on the muscles, I feel some muscle relief. My skin feels a little bruised today though, not sure if that’s part of it? The staff didn’t really speak English but we got by.

The pressure on the trigger points are just right! She keeps asking if it is too hard and adjusted accordingly. She was also aware of my breathing and asked me to be breath deeply with the massages. She tells me the step by step procedure before doing them so I know what to expect. Ms. Liezel did the inbody and she explained to me well how the procedure works. すべてのレビューを表示1) Waiting room & massage rooms were quite hot. Given that it is summertime, we understand. But it was a bit uncomfortable for my senior dad. Pawis sya during the session. They did have extra fans per room pero mainit parin daw. They did apologize for the heat and the rooms were relatively clean so plus points for that. 2) We appreciate the ginger tea offered and the very kind staff. The receptionist also answered all our questions with a smile. 3) My therapist was a pro! Ms. Mitch definitely knew what she was doing. The session was so relaxing and healing. She adjusted the pressure according to my preference and requested special focus points and it was perfect! Would come back to the spa only for Ms. Mitch. 4) Some side notes - stairs leading to the spa wasn’t PWD friendly, plenty of parking space available, vibe is relaxing once you enter the spa but the outside was entirely different, cafe on the ground floor completes the experience. Had a good experience overall! Would still recommend this to friends & fam.
