She explained that Clarify+ is more suitable for those with more acne and could potentially dry out my skin. I also asked April about the differences between the different facials, and she was very knowledgeable and able to explain each one clearly. I really appreciated that they recommended what was best for my skin rather than simply proceeding with what I booked. The receptionist also explained the change to me and made sure I was comfortable with it. I felt that they genuinely care about their clients and provide personalized service—not just simply offering a facial. That’s what I call great customer service! My entire experience was very good, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

The staff who first assisted me (sorry, I forgot to ask for her name!) was very warm and kind. Ms. May was my aesthetician, and she was really good at explaining my skin analysis results. The space is also clean, cozy and they have bed liners and slippers to ensure the space remains sanitary. Love my procedure, Ms Marie was thorough with the UA diode session! i felt like my UA did a facial cos it was cleansed, moisturized and pampered! 🤭 the session took some time since she did several slow passes with the laser, she also had light hands so i was sooo relaxed after. they also give the full service for class pass users, unlike other clinics (ehem Plush ehem) will def come back here once im in the area.
