She paid close attention to areas that were tight and had knots, and asked if her pressure application was ok throughout the service. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The beginning of the massage was more relaxing and the second half was her working to get the kinks out. I definitely feel better and looser. Will be back!

She was very knowledgeable, listened to my problem areas, and adjusted the treatment to what my body needed. I left feeling much less tense and with noticeable relief. Highly recommend Tania if you’re dealing with neck, shoulder, or back pain from working at a desk!

I have prior injuries and the typical personal trainer has been unable to make the appropriate modification while keeping the workout intensity high. I'll be coming back for all their services! I was told it would be 15-20 min which ended up being an hour after my scheduled time. I had to cut my hour massage to 30min and have to come back for my other half. I wish I was given something else for my troubles especially because the other office in my company is down the street so it would have been nice to use one another as a referral source. All that said, it was probably the best massage I’ve ever gotten in my life
