すべてのレビューを表示This studio was really nice. It was very clean and the bathrooms had showers and a sauna you can rent out. I like that they don’t allow shoes inside so the germs aren’t coming into the studio. I love that the reformer is on the floor and no elevated because my balance is a bit iffy. The class itself was challenging but all the moves were doable for someone who is either advanced or a beginner. You can add or take away extra weight in the carriage as well as the hand weights which they provide. I did find it odd that I did arrive 1 min late and three other people showed up after me. The instructor gave everyone else a ball and weights but me so I did everything without weights. It wasn’t until I needed the ball that she gave me hers and then it was fine. Overall it was a great workout. I fault myself for being late. I feel like I would have been better prepared. I won’t go back because it’s too far from me but I would recommend it to someone else. BE AWARE THEY DO HAVE DOGS AND DO PUPPY YOGA SO IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES YOU WILL NOT ENJOY THIS STUDIO.

She gave thoughtful form corrections throughout class, so I never felt lost despite being a complete beginner. The workout was challenging, well-structured, and worked my entire body while still leaving me feeling strong and refreshed afterward. Her energy, expertise, and passion for Pilates were truly inspiring. I’m so glad my first class was here, it definitely made me excited to continue my Pilates journey!

I am noticing how my thinking affects me breathe and can catch negative thoughts more quickly. It didn't seem like it was doing so much at the time.

For someone new to pilates, she was so hands on, paid a lot of attention to my form, and frequently made adjustments to match my skill level. Even incorporated stretching and massage gun throughout class. I will definitely be back!
