すべてのレビューを表示I wouldn’t call this class slow. I have gone 4 times and it has moved at a nice fairly quick pace every time but doesn’t have the chaturangas a normal flow has . I would however call it HOT! Almost too hot for me on a humid day but I look forward to doing this class more once it’s cold in the winter.

すべてのレビューを表示First time at the studio (we almost missed the class because Google Maps was sending us to the back entrance 😅 ). So glad we made it though! Loved the class, the teacher, and the whole candlelit vibe. The music was great, and everyone in the community was so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely love to come back!

すべてのレビューを表示Super laid back environment. Jessica was so sweet and helpful to any questions I had and made sure to help correct my form as needed. Also loved that she did little shout outs to different people during the class by name. None of the other studios I’ve been to have done this.

すべてのレビューを表示This has quickly become my favorite yoga class. It feels appropriate for my level without being overly easy or only doing restorative poses. Samantha is positive and kind, she gives excellent cues with options to make each movement more or less challenging as needed. The longer class allows for a gentle build up to standing poses and a nice wind down as well. I look forward to it every week and am sad when I can’t make it! I always leave feeling lighter.
