She greeted me at the door and was super personable throughout the entire experience that she gave me instructions and tips. Rikki before my other other wax appointment and deluxe facial. She was as so personable, thorough, explained each step of the process, and identified what my skin needed. The ambience of the spa when you come in is inviting and you can immediately feel your body detox *exhales*. The entire spot was spotless and super clean, I absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a nice spa routine.

すべてのレビューを表示I went in for a lash lift and tint, the whole thing took an hour and 40 minutes and when it was done my eyelashes were completely still straight just tinted. All that time for nothing. When she was done she didn’t even give me a mirror to look at to see the work. I left with one of my eyes irritated and a good amount of sticky residue. Maybe the lady was new and she was very nice but they could have at least admitted to them not doing the service correctly. It was also not my first time getting a lash lift and tint and it normally takes about 30 minutes.

I have had hybrids done by several other lash techs and I felt this set was a true hybrid in terms of the fullness compared to other places that overdo it and give a volume look, so I liked that. The ClassPass page said to arrive 15 minutes early but I ended up waiting 15-20 minutes after my appointment start time for the service to start, so that’s why I couldn’t give 5 stars. Overall the service was good! If retention is 2-3 weeks then I will definitely be back.
