This class is technically an intermediate level but she caters it to whoever shows up and there happened to be more beginners in the class this time. Great work out too, you’ll have your heart pumping. I’ll definitely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示This class kicked my butt but i was able to keep up. Kinda wanted to quit 15 minutes before the end, and come back another time, but i powered through. The upbeat dance music and especially Nikki’s energizing persona helped me get through it. I think it’s a very effective workout for toning and sculpting because every muscle in my body was put to work. There was variety in the class in age and body type but you can tell the women who were regulars looked awesome and sculpted. I swear one class made a difference in overall toning my body! (I react quickly to exercise). I definitely would like to come back and recommend the class.

すべてのレビューを表示Really fun dance fitness class. Seriously give it a try. You won’t know the moves but they make it fun anyway. Really friendly teachers and community. Be ready to sweat! I averaged 158 heartbeats per minute for the class.

すべてのレビューを表示Adult beginner hip hop with Antoinnette was so fun! She really took it down to basics and slowed things down so we could grasp the movement. She made learning a new dance style interesting and exciting. Loved the routine she choreographed! I will definitely take a class with her again!

すべてのレビューを表示I came into this class after not working for… a while and it was tough but everyone was really friendly and it pushed me. The hands on instruction was helpful and I was sweating like a pig by the end but felt great. Would definitely recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示Kaitlin (sub for Lauren) taught both classes today. I am a total newbie to dancing and k pop. Had a total blast. Kaitlin is super patient in helping us get the moves. And makes it so much fun. As well as explaining the vibe behind each choreography. Will definitely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示I’m pretty sure this class is no longer available. When I arrived for the open level dance class, the signs directing us to the class led to dead ends. My friend and I checked every floor and asked others if they knew where the Dynamic Force Dance class is taking place and no one knew about it. When nothing came up from that, we called the number listed on their Instagram page which also led to a dead end. If you are planning on taking this class, don’t waste your time.
