    Wowza! Visiting from LA and so glad I popped in! The playlist was fire and the staff is so friendly! It was a different style than the classes in LA, with more dancing and less resistance call out, but you can push yourself and I still burned more calories than the hard core instructor classes at Barry’s and SoulCycle Santa Monica while having so much fun(thanks applewatch)! Will def revisit :)

    Great yoga flow class to start the week. This class format is what I’d describe as intermediate level yoga - but even as more of a beginner I was able to follow the cues and feel great! I just wish yoga 2.0 would add microphones for the instructors. Will def be back!

    FLEX Friday (Focus: Strength)

    The class was fantastic, with three different workout areas to explore. The trainer, Katie, took the time to guide newcomers through each section, and she was incredibly friendly, supportive, and encouraging. The workout areas included weightlifting, a mountain-climbing-like activity, and strength training. I highly recommend it. It may sound challenging, but it’s actually easy to follow and a lot of fun. The shower facilities were clean, and while the hairdryer was a standard one, it was decent. Towels and lockers were also provided . I’m definitely planning to go back!

    Strength and Sculpt (50 Min)

    First time at Pvolve and I looooved it! Definitely understand the hype, it’s a good push of a workout — one of the more intense sculpt classes I’ve taken but still doable. Cassie was such a great hype woman! Great clean space from the studio to the locker room. This is a quick train ride from my job in the loop so I’ll definitely be back when I come into the office.
