    Love this class!! The incense, dim lighting, and music are such a vibe. This was also one of my favorite flows I’ve done in a while. I love the emphasis on balance and twists because many other instructors here dont focus on this and instead have us to a million planks lol.

    Fun class. Mia was friendly and encouraging to me as a first timer. They took time at the start of class to help me set up my bike and explain the different positions and adjustments. Great cardio, would recommend.
