She gave me step by step instructions on how to use the climb machine and was very welcoming. I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for an intense and quick workout class during lunch to get you through your day. Great music!

すべてのレビューを表示This class was great if you want to work in some weight training into your routine. My legs are very sore the day after so it did the trick! Don’t expect yoga, there’s no yoga in this. In fact, I think the one piece of feedback I have is I would take out instructor led savasana, it felt out of place in a class with no yoga.
