I recently took a class here, and I was blown away by the perfect balance of spin cycling, HIIT with battle ropes and kettlebells, and a calming yoga session to wrap it all up. It was my first time doing a workout like this, and Miranda made me feel so welcome and supported throughout the entire experience. Her kindness and encouragement helped me push through and really enjoy the workout. The classmates were super friendly and created such a positive environment, which made the experience even better. I also loved how easy it was to dial up or down the intensity for each part of the workout. This made it accessible for everyone, regardless of fitness level, so no one was left behind. The studio is clean, well-organized, and has a great vibe, with upbeat music and a friendly community atmosphere. If you’re looking for a well-rounded workout and amazing instructors, SPENGA is the place to go! Thank you, Miranda, and the SPENGA team for such a memorable first experience—I’ll definitely be back!

Plenty of parking in the gravel lot behind the building, it was nice and warm in the room. Vibe, flow and energy were all amazing. Definitely will be coming back when I visit Charlotte again!

The class was difficult but not impossible and I feel that everyone of all fitness levels would be welcomed and pushed in the class. Definitely recommend taking a class here, especially with Claudia!

There is public parking on the top of a hill near a park I found out afterwards. Wish they informed me of options prior to attending my second class.

I picked it up pretty quickly but there were several other newbies in our class and Beth did an amazing job moving between all of us to make sure we were understanding all the instructions. She was very kind and stayed after class for a few minutes to talk with me about my goals and help me finish my paperwork. The class itself was also great. I enjoyed the exercises and definitely will be returning. It was a perfect class for a beginner but also would be great for someone with a little more experience as well. I’m in pretty good shape but still found it to be a good workout and I was a little sore for a few days after!!

I think with more classes i could get used to the movements and perfect my form. HEADS UP: you do need sticky socks for the class. I looked in advance and i didn’t see mention of sticky socks so i had to buy some at the studio for $5.

Jordan was very clear with the instructions and was very friendly. Always made it a point to see if we had any questions about anything and even gave us the opportunity to ask in private if we were too nervous to ask in front of everyone. This was such a safe space and such a wonderful experience. Thank you Jordan for being amazing. As someone with anxiety trying new things is very hard but Jordan made it so easy to feel comfortable.
