すべてのレビューを表示I did the body cavitation and it was good! Don’t see results yet but hopefully after a few sessions. The building is connected to a DMV so Saturdays are fine but plan to arrive early to find parking during the week. Studio is small but has everything you need! The cavitation is suction cups on your butt for 30 minutes to equal 1500 squats, but I wasn’t sore at all after nor did I have bruising (she said you sometimes do). I’ll definitely go back!

I enjoyed being able to connect my music/podcasts via Bluetooth to the sauna speakers during the session. I did have to bring my own towel (the owner may have said they have some? this I'm unsure about) and the location was tucked into the corner of business park but overall the experience was good.

Christina was great, it was my first going to a reformer’s Pilates class, she was attentive to make sure you were doing the moves right and provided encouragement and easy to follow instructions.
