Ayse is a nice and patient instructor and she helped corrected our poses when needed, without forcing us to go beyond limit. The first 40 min of the class was focusing on Vinyasa and more standard yoga flows, but it wouldn’t be any way going too crazy so you can manage it well. The last 20 min focuses on Yin Yoga which is good for relaxing and those who don’t want a tiring workout after a day’s hard work. They provide yoga mats and everything without charge! Highly recommended.
