すべてのレビューを表示I’ve affixed a few classes here and I love the environment. The room is cozy with calm lighting they can adjust. Both instructors I’ve had have been really welcoming and kind. I have felt secure and comfortable with the other clientele as well - always important to me. Each class I’ve taken has been very beginner friendly. If you want intensity, this might not be the right studio for you OR I’ve not been to a class designed to be intense yet. Looking to feel relaxed, stretched, safe, and comfortable? This is the place!

The slow flow really gave me a chance to sit with each pose and connect with my breath. I’m so glad to see a studio focusing on the mindfulness aspect of yoga and offer clases without heat.
