There is public parking on the top of a hill near a park I found out afterwards. Wish they informed me of options prior to attending my second class.

I love the screens on the wall to help remember what the poses were at each station. I also appreciate not taking up too much time in the start of class to demo!! What a great workout!! I picked it up pretty quickly but there were several other newbies in our class and Beth did an amazing job moving between all of us to make sure we were understanding all the instructions. She was very kind and stayed after class for a few minutes to talk with me about my goals and help me finish my paperwork. The class itself was also great. I enjoyed the exercises and definitely will be returning. It was a perfect class for a beginner but also would be great for someone with a little more experience as well. I’m in pretty good shape but still found it to be a good workout and I was a little sore for a few days after!!

I think with more classes i could get used to the movements and perfect my form. HEADS UP: you do need sticky socks for the class. I looked in advance and i didn’t see mention of sticky socks so i had to buy some at the studio for $5.

I’m a yoga instructor, astrologer, reiki master (level 3, not being prideful), and self proclaimed spiritual gworl and I was blown away at how much thought, love, and connection to the divine the instructor put into the class. Chanting and postures, loved them. It was really making the class interactive that made the difference though. Anyone can watch a youtube video and chant. I didn’t feel like I was being instructed. We were all going through a spiritual experience together. And the crystal bracelet I chose really resonated with where I am in my life and the things I experienced even today. And I LOVE a good card pull, okay! I like that she let each of us interpret the card through our individual lens of perception. The reading was on point. Like scarily accurate. I know I was divinely guided to this class because I barely go outside and I was compelled to attend. So if you’re reading this, you probably are too… I also recognize I’ve been taking life too seriously. I’m happy I was reminded that it’s important to play too <3
