すべてのレビューを表示Melissa was the funniest and attentive instructor I’ve ever encountered in a workout class. It was my second time trying aerial hoop. She made me feel so safe and gave elaborative demonstrations making each move easy to follow. I would definitely come back. Definitely recommend her class for any level of aerial hoop enthusiasts!

すべてのレビューを表示Fun dance moves and music! Also he throws in stretching and a few pushups so it’s a more balanced workout. The choreo was just challenging enough! But my sneakers were too sticky to the floor for spin moves so maybe bring shoes that could be more spin friendly lol. I just wish the class were a little longer.

すべてのレビューを表示It was my first pole dancing. Hurricane was kind and supportive. I dont like how sometimes instructors expect you to get it right right away, and will point out everything you did wrong. Not her though. I even got a nice tip from one of the other girls. It was not easy but I hope to come back and build up on it.
