    Great class, Pamela really care about form and being present, her voice is also soothing and relaxing. Loved this format as it was different than other yoga classes and also great as a stretch and reset type of class. I must say I also love that someone was using their phone and they got called out, so important to not have the energy in the room! Will be back soon and am bringing a friend!     One of the best Barry’s classes I’ve taken! They welcome first timers with open arms and do a great job of demonstrating floor exercises. I’m not a runner and it was refreshing to not feel pressured to run fast! I love this studio location and the locker room is so clean and well organized. They have hair ties, deodorants, Ouai products, towels for showering and working out, theraguns, Dyson hairdryer and a smoothie bar you can order from that’ll be ready post class!

    This is my favorite Barry’s class I’ve ever been to!! Taylor’s music was SO good and motivating and gave such clear instruction. I usually do Ride x Lift, so this was my first Run x Lift which I was initially intimidated by, but she led the class so gracefully and offered perfect guidance. Definitely coming back!!

    I go to a Barry’s class once every few months because I’m not a runner at all. This is the first time the running part felt accessible to me because of how many options she gave. There was no pushing yourself to go beyond your limits, and she even said something about how everyone’s body is different. I might actually start going regularly to her class. I definitely also recommend if you’re new to Barry’s or exercise in general because there are so many options! Can’t believe it took me this long to take her Alycia’s class!

    This was my first class at Session, and I really liked the pace of the class. Oscar’s energy and instruction was great. He was actively watching people’s form and adjusting folks throughout the class. I really appreciated the focus on form, as I’m recovering from an injury. There was always room for me to push myself as hard (or not so hard) as I needed throughout the different circuits. Oscar’s music was also bomb, made me want to dance haha. I’ll definitely be back here.

    Class was a super challenging in an achievable way, I definitely think this would have been hard to follow if you’ve never taken a mega former fast paced class.     Amazing class and instructor! I had only done hot yoga once before and many years ago, but this class was great for beginners. The heat is definitely something to get used to, and the sweat is crazy. Bring a towel (unless it’s your first time and then you get to use one of theirs for free) and wear leggings/pants! My legs were so slippery from the sweat that it was hard to do some of the poses. Definitely coming back!!

    The instructors seem to act as air traffic controllers more than coaches. their main purpose seems to be to read the screen and then guide you to the next station, because the flow is otherwise incredibly confusing. In a class with two instructors I didn’t see either of them give a single correction or note to a full class of people. F45 is like the Cava of workout classes. It’s solid and reliable but also uninspiring and somewhat bland. It basically feels like doing a workout video in a class environment.

    I don’t come regularly but every time I make it to class it’s always motivating and fun and 45 minutes though brutal at times go by very fast. If managment reads the comments can I suggest a sticky mat at the door so people who don’t change shoes can’t at least get some sidewalk / subway / bathroom filth off their shoes since many exercises require us on our forearms and hands.

    Beginner LOWER BODY

    Mandy is an amazing instructor! Explains everything really well. I was apprehensive to take this class because I am not a beginner 💅 but I’m glad I did. It was still very challenging, especially if you use heavier weights. Great booty workout!! 🍑 Class was very small though so lacked the usual energy - I think PS should drop the beginner title because it may deter people from taking thinking that it’s going to be easy. It’s not.
