    Leslie is hands down the best instructor there! Her classes are very challenging (in the best way) and her music is fantastic. Every move we do is very intentional and I feel like I get an incredible workout in her class! (Which I honestly can’t say about all the other instructors there)

Miki emphasizes on proper technique and emphasizes on flexibility, mobility and strength. She will make modifications where needed.     Great class! Naquan was super friendly and experienced. This is a smaller gym but with all the equipment you would need. The class size was six people so I felt like I got a lot of help from Naquan if I needed it. The workout was great, it was pretty much a fully body workout 3 - 15 minute intervals with two different workouts at each station. You could adjust the weight according to what you needed.
