すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoy attending Sujin’s mat Pilates classes. She’s incredibly attentive and takes the time to ensure everyone is performing the exercises correctly and safely. I especially appreciate how she goes around the class to correct posture and alignment, which not only helps us get the most out of each movement but also reduces the risk of injury. Her classes always give me a great burn, and I love how friendly and welcoming she is. She creates a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable while still being challenged.

すべてのレビューを表示Pretty solid gym, the staff will welcome you at the poolside lounge to check in for Classpass then give you a brief intro. Small and big towels are provided, pool towels as well. There is a water refill machine in the gym. Have pilates reformer machines too. Everything is clean and well equipped. Wet wipes are provided for everyone to clean up after themselves.

The gym features top-notch, clean, and brand-new Technogym equipment with a fantastic variety of machines and multiple treadmills. すべてのレビューを表示It was a nice gym albeit a bit small and filled with PTs during the 2pm slot.. and some PTs tend to just grab the dumb bells without asking if you’re using it (and there were two racks some more) but the gym receptionist was nice. Other gym fellows who were there on their own were also very respectful; it was really just some of the PTs that didn’t really carry proper gym ethics. Overall still a very nice spot to head to in central area. Recommend probably to go during off peak hours to avoid the PT crowd.

There were a couple of shower/toilet combined facilities that were basic but good enough. Staff and service were a notch above other hotels, pool bar with 20% discount for ClassPass users served decent finger food and drinks.

Hehe Perfect sized lockers, Japan type toilet bowl, shower room, Dyson hairdryer, and *drumroll* well maintained sauna room within!!!! Also love their beautiful pool. Tho tbh the gym isn’t the best but then again, what matters is they have working machines that targets different areas so no complain!! 🤩🤩

Sue (hope i remember correctly), customer service manager was excellent for end to end! My partner and I really enjoyed this branch for whole ninety minutes. Definitely, the facilities are state of the art, all crew enjoy themselves in the gym no noise, and clean and super premium:)
