Not only did Maggie make the class fun, she also made sure we knew how to do each exercise, offered the perfect critiques to make you feel each move and pushed us to our individual max while still allowing us to give ourselves grace. I walked out feeling so much stronger and energized. I highly recommend and I will be back!

They noticed that I have knee braces on from a previous injury and modified the workouts based on what I can do which was very kind of them. Christine checked in regularly if the weights I was using was okay and we had a fun conversation. Highly recommend fitness lovers to try out a class here.

すべてのレビューを表示Great circuit class of about 8 people of all different ages and levels of fitness. Each station has three exercises and you do them about 45 sec on with a 15 sec rest. Anthony can modify everything if your not feeling it. Love the noon time slot on a Sat so I can sleep in and still get a work out in. Would take this class again 👍
