Not only did Maggie make the class fun, she also made sure we knew how to do each exercise, offered the perfect critiques to make you feel each move and pushed us to our individual max while still allowing us to give ourselves grace. I walked out feeling so much stronger and energized. I highly recommend and I will be back!

Erica was so great getting us to each station and making sure we were doing everything with good form. I particularly appreciate the core work which is really lacking at many other studios in the area. I would go again

I like how quick it is! It’s super efficient - if maybe a tad impersonal. The trainers were super friendly though. I’d go back.

They noticed that I have knee braces on from a previous injury and modified the workouts based on what I can do which was very kind of them. Christine checked in regularly if the weights I was using was okay and we had a fun conversation. Highly recommend fitness lovers to try out a class here.

Anthony can modify everything if your not feeling it. Love the noon time slot on a Sat so I can sleep in and still get a work out in. Would take this class again 👍
