    She was incredible! From stretching to breathing she covered it all. I’d never done a class that used so many different parts of the machine/barre, straps, and worked all parts of the body! Including our mind! Thank you, I will be back!

    My friend and I tried this place out after walking by a lot and man, that was an amazing but DIFFICULT workout. I do not have dance experience, and this was at the upper limit of what i can physically do. Very tough but I am sore in all the right places!
