すべてのレビューを表示Hands down the best class I’ve ever taken. Music was incredible - think rap+edm+pop hybrid (with a mix of newer songs & 90/00s hits). Temperature was perfect - warm and sweaty but not to the point where you get lightheaded. The instructor was so kind and strong - she was up on a platform (so you could see her perfectly even from the very back of the room) and she did the ENTIRE class with us while still cueing and encouraging us. What a rockstar. Walked out of there feeling amazing. They have extra mats for you if you don’t have one, but definitely bring water and a towel to wipe the sweat. Lots of people were barefoot but grippy socks could be a good idea if you prefer. Truly cannot recommend this studio enough!

Apparently this instructor was subbing for the usual instructor for this class but it was fab. Not a heated class but no AC so it was definitely hot in there! Would opt for shorts/ something breezier.

I managed to keep up (with modifications). Space was clean. Showers were useful (although showers and vents could use some detailed cleaning). I’ll be back soon for another class! The only thing I was disappointed with was it was a 45 min class, roughly 7 min warm up (which I missed most of) and 13 minute cool down only giving us 25 minutes for the main workout. I would go again. :-)

It’s a short, 30 min class, so I found it easier to push myself, making the most of the time and full body workout. I’d definitely join the class again, and if you’re look for a quick, HIIT workout that you can really push yourself and get bang for your time, HIIT this class!

She was fantastic at giving instructions and was welcoming to me as first timer in her class. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fast paced cardio workout.

The instructor told me after that the songs repeat over classes so you can build confidence. Which I liked. I definitely worked up a sweat. I’ve never moved my body like that before! Everyone was very welcoming.
