Kellie really makes me feel comfortable in how far I take each pose and gives me the courage to try a little more or a little less depending on how my body is feeling. I would absolutely recommend this class.

すべてのレビューを表示I’ve never been to any of Hayley’s classes before and apparently she was a sub?? Which is so surprising because that was my favorite SCULPT45 class I’ve ever taken! I’ve maybe taken ~10-15 classes and that was by far my fav due to the way she coached/instructed, the workout itself, AND the playlist! Best playlist so far. Thanks for a great workout and start to my day, Hayley!

すべてのレビューを表示Fast Twitch Lower Body was a very involved class. I’m new to strength training. The instructor showed me each exercise quickly beforehand, especially those on a machine I’d never seen before, then told me to follow behind the woman near me in the circuit. It helped that she was obviously a regular; so I just copied her but with lighter weights where necessary. Or, she told me she was doing the advanced/harder version so I did the easier version. He came around and gently corrected my form whenever necessary. The locker rooms were clean with a well lighted sauna where I could read a book, and clean showers. No hooks in the showers though, so bring your own to hold your shower stuff.

Either her Vinyasa class kicks my butt in the best way or slow flow gives the best deep stretches. She’s also so passionate about the practice of yoga and it shows through everything she does! She pushes us to be better each class and her playlists are always such a vibe. Come hydrated and be ready to feel on top of the world after a class with Rebekah!

This class is so fun, you ALWAYS get a good sweat, and the energy is always on 1000%. I wish this class was offered twice a week, because I would be in both religiously.

Spraying paper towels after each station didn't get the job done or feel sanitary. Everyone was scrambling to grab the same spray bottles and didn't feel efficient or clean. I love that most instructors incorporate yoga philosophy, breath work, and mudras into their practice. Fernanda’s class was not super challenging but still felt amazing afterwards. But the instructor explained everything and checked in with me thru out the workout. In the end I felt like I got a great workout. It’s also two blocks from my apt. I’ll be back.
