He brings a great balance of energy and flow to the workout, keeping the class motivated without ever feeling overwhelming. His transitions between stations are smooth, and his timing is spot on, which keeps the pace moving seamlessly throughout class. One thing I especially appreciated was the music volume. He kept it at the perfect level (loud enough to keep the energy up, but never so loud that he needs to yell over the music). Overall, he creates a fun, well-structured environment, and I’m definitely looking forward to taking more classes with him.

Susan’s warmup, barbell and cooldown all were purposeful and taught with detail. She is next level. Music - perfect too. すべてのレビューを表示Oh my goodness! The experience I had in Kiya’s class today was simply incredible. The movements were challenging, but they were also incredibly fun. I felt a deep connection with my body and the music. The playlist was absolutely fantastic, with every song being a 10 out of 10. From the moment I entered the studio to the moment I left, I felt completely immersed in the music and the energy of the class. The instructor had a warm and welcoming presence, and the studio was clean and inviting. I felt like I was part of a community that truly valued and appreciated the art of yoga sculpt. Unfortunately, since I’m only a class passer, I don’t have any ties to the studio, but I hope that will change in the future. I’m already looking forward to seeing Kiya more often at this location.

すべてのレビューを表示Oh my god, this was the most fun I’ve had before 8am on a Saturday morning. Sean is such a fun instructor and offers excellent cueing and adjustments. The playlist was excellent (2000s pop, house remixes, etc) and overall the vibes were high. Class was moderately challenging and you can definitely make it harder with heavier weights. I can’t wait to go back!

The instructor was super understanding when I arrived right on time (almost late) to the first class. Her cues were great and I love how she continually reminded us of the movements and correct form throughout the class. There were some exercises I wish she had demonstrated more than once, but overall a good experience. I hope to be back soon!

Specifically during savasana the music playing had lyrics making it difficult to practice mindfulness and truthfully it took me a moment notice we were settling into savasana because of this. Leaving the studio into the main lobby there was upbeat country music playing which immediately took me out of the peacefulness of class. Otherwise, the instructor and the class itself were great! The perfect flow to start an early weekend morning. I do wish more intentional choices were made to the curate the environment though.

I wish I the core and upper body strength to keep up with the class but it’s Pilates on steroids. Lauren was so sweet and continuously corrected my form when needed. Definitely will be coming back once I gain more upper body and core strength to support the movements & prevent myself from injuring myself.

I love Yogabox but there’s a culture of people leaving before savasana and bringing/using phones in the studio room that can be disruptive and frustrating as another student. It’d be great if these sort of things could be more discouraged.
