Kellie really makes me feel comfortable in how far I take each pose and gives me the courage to try a little more or a little less depending on how my body is feeling. I get lightheaded very easily (long covid) and it made me too woozy, but if you want an intense class this one is worth trying! Vibes are a little crossfit-y, so be warned if you don't want that

I guess some common exercises at forum I was doing slightly wrong and hes been the most attentive and helpful when it comes to showing you how to do them correctly.

Either her Vinyasa class kicks my butt in the best way or slow flow gives the best deep stretches. She’s also so passionate about the practice of yoga and it shows through everything she does! Fantastic class and loved the programming. I like that it was easier to move between A, B, and C more easily. Will keep coming back!

This class is so fun, you ALWAYS get a good sweat, and the energy is always on 1000%. I wish this class was offered twice a week, because I would be in both religiously.

FYI the temperature isn’t hot - it’s warm at most. Diana is a great instructor! I really appreciate that she would come to the side of the room (instead of staying at the front) so that we could see what she was doing, especially because there were a lot of people.

Tracy's energy was absolutely infectious – from the moment class started, she kept everyone motivated and pushing through even the toughest circuits. The flow was great and I really loved the little balance game she did towards the end. The eucalyptus towel fanning and the candles are such a wonderful bonus.
