    I've literally been to every studio Izzy teaches at. And I can hands-down say that if Izzy is teaching a class you will get one of the best workouts of your week (month?!).     My body is getting stronger everyday with Steve’s circuits. I choose weights that are comfortable to my strength. I try to get heavier each time I go, but makes it nice to be able to choose. Love his music, too. Keeps you motivated!!
