For instance, I’m recovering from a lower back injury so I currently prefer slow flow and the person next to me mentioned they were a seasoned yogi. The studio owner was also at class and was super friendly! The space was clean and it was comfortable too to do yoga on the mat. Can’t wait to come back

I wanted to experience and I ended up going the testing day for Tae Kwon Do. I was able to see and participate all different activities for the test.
