すべてのレビューを表示Mackey was amazing she could tell I was experienced in lifting and Pilates and made me do all the harder moves and heavier weights and was great at motivating the class and giving individual attention and encouragement. Studio was a bit hot and sometimes I couldn’t hear her on the mic but she was solid!

すべてのレビューを表示I loved this class! The space was very tranquil. The instructor was very down to earth and knowledgeable. The whole room was friendly. I never felt out of place or like I couldn't do an exercise. I recommend this class to all. Relaxing and refreshing.
