I love her approach to functional movement and fun transitions . There’s always some core work too. Such a fun class! And the playlists - awesome. This class was intermediate if not advanced but the way she taught was easy enough to learn from for a beginner's pov. I wore boots and jeans, which was fine, but class members had on jeans or leggings and tennis shoes so it's really "come as you are". I will go back again and hopefully get better at the steps. Haha.

The environment and community were extremely friendly and welcoming! The -1 star would be because we received more instruction from other members than the instructors themselves. It’s been a long time (over 10 years) since I’ve danced ballet at a studio, so I was pretty nervous, but the environment is very friendly. I felt welcomed even though I’m on the older side.
