    Jamie made my first class at SaltLab (did I mention it was a 6AM class!) very enjoyable! I’m still new to barre and I didn’t feel overwhelmed at all. She provided modifications if needed, which was helpful. Such a great start to my morning! Will definitely be back!

    You have to try these classes!! Owned and operated by Scott who teaches many of the classes himself, these workouts bring all the elements !! They are fun, dynamic, well designed and challenging for BOTH cardiovascular and strength training. My schedule has me attending the 6am classes, but there are a wide variety to choose from. This gym is a favorite by far and Scott as well as his fellow coaches and attendees are super welcoming ! Great vibes all around.
