    Always an awesome workout! Anna is one of my favs. This class though... at the end she asked us to do 4 different things on repeat... some may forget and end up confused (like myself). Ended up doing my own thing of what I could remember 🤣 still a good workout, but that wasn't my fav.

    Woman owned, small gym! They were very encouraging to take it at your own pace. some people walked ,some jogged, some sprinted. The owner was so friendly and it was so great to see all ages and body types there. Felt challenging, but doable! Will be back.
