As a first-timer, I was a bit nervous, but Erica’s expert guidance and the supportive atmosphere helped me push myself consistently.     Two Fold

    The instructors were super helpful. Having two instructors allows you to get the attention you need to correct form issues and boost confidence during the work out. The other attendees are also a vibe and class is very fun and social because of it.
