    Full Body - Lower Focus (50 Minutes)

    I’m a pilates/barre/yoga/light weights/walk everywhere girlie, not a bootcamp/crossfit/lifting heavy/solidcore/runner, and so this class was not a style I enjoyed. BUT! If you do like that style of working out, this is a really great class - Justin is a phenomenal instructor, the music is loud and energizing, and his cues are clear and motivating. Three of these classes and I feel like you’d see a noticeable difference.

    Instructor was amazing. There was no one else in the class so it was basically personal training (which he said doesn’t always happen I was just lucky). Class was a mix of weights and body weight exercises, and was fun but challenging.

    Emma is a fantastic instructor with lots of energy! My triceps burned so muchhh after class but the yoga flow at the end was great. Appreciated her introducing herself to me and asking if I have any previous injuries. Always like it when instructors take the time to chat with everyone!
